Inner Beauty

While on a hike one day in the country, I came upon this stump which had been split open to reveal this incredible inner beauty. It reminds me that although people might be gruff and cold on the outside, there can be inner beauty to discover as you get to know them. This is an acrylic painting on watercolor paper.

Sold to a private collector.

If you would like to commission a painting similar to this, please contact me.

I would like to use this painting to illustrate one of my articles on spirituality. It displays visually what words so often cannot say.

I am honored that you would like to use my painting for one of your articles. Isn't it so true that what is on the outside does not always reflect what is on the inside? If you e-mail me at jogiesbrecht@gmail.com, we can talk about your article and how you can use my painting. Thanks, Kim!

You understand how to paint wood. Can I commission you to paint me a series of watercolor barn paintings in front of a split rail fence? Perhaps a barn for every season?
