I love this video - it gives me hope. What if all the world danced together?

Isn't this great? I saw it a while ago, and loved it. I wonder how long it took him to travel to all those places and put this clip together!

I think I read that it was a year or 18 months that he travelled, and then who knows how long it took after he finished filming to put it together... I had posted this video a few weeks back, but had some problems so decided to re-post as I am not sure how many people saw it last time. I just see how all those people had such joy in a simple act of joining in this dance, and it fills me with happiness! Can't explain why, but it does!

Did you notice how happy everyone is while dancing? The smiles on all of their faces says it all - for at least a few minutes their cares were placed on a shelf and they were "in the moment"! I have watched this many times, and each time, it lifts my spirit - not sure why; it just does.

Joanne, like Akiko said, "I feel wonderful". Thank you soooo much for sharing that...I watched it 3 times, and I'll be back for more. It brought tears to my eyes and joy to my heart. Bless you. And the music is superb.

Hi James,

I am sooo glad that the video gave you the same kind of reaction that I have every time I watch it! :-)

My husband and I were in San Jose in 2000 for 3 weeks. What a beautiful country Costa Rica is... but the city was the noisiest we've ever encountered! We visited the Rain Forest, toured the Cafe Brit plantation, and went to the beach on the Nicoya Peninsula. It was one of the best holidays we ever had. I envy you living there!!!

Hope to talk with you again... and thanks for stopping by and chatting. :-)
