Orange Poppy Interior

Here is the completed version of the orange poppies that grow each year in my garden. I do really like how this painting turned out. I love the glow of translucent petals, and the reflection of the flower petals on the center part of the poppy. So, unless this sells before my studio show, it is ready to be shown in November!

Hi Jala! Come and visit me and we'll see if we can find you deer, moose, coyotes, porcupine, jackrabbits, skunks, and of course, mice and voles to view. It's kind of like a wild life safari, only in a populated area of North America! Thanks for your visit... your kitty is quickly becoming a "cat" - but he remains as beautiful as ever!
