ALBERTA BLUE TRIPTYCH

ALBERTA BLUE TRIPTYCH
3 panels 20" x 20"
acrylic

This is my last posting before my home studio art show. I have finished the triptych "Alberta Blue", so it will be in the show. Yay! It was difficult to get it  in a picture, but most of it made it into the eye of the camera, so you can certainly see what it looks like.My husband, who usually says that my paintings are "nice" said this one is "stunning"!!! That sure made my day.

If you are in the Calgary area, please consider dropping by either tomorrow, Saturday or Sunday between the hours of 12:00 and 6:00 p.m. I would love to meet you and show you my studio where all this creativity takes place. :-) The address is 80 Equestrian Drive.

Hi Joanne,

I happened upon your blog and had a moment of "dej avu" when I saw Alberta Blue.
I moved to Creston, BC from Edmonton, AB 5 years ago. While I love my valley nestled in the mountians, your beautiful rendering of the Alberta treetops and sky tugged at my heart.
Enjoy your site, I will be back!

Hi Laura!
It's so good to "meet" a fellow artist who knows what AB blue skies look like! I enjoyed visiting your blog also - and love your watercolor work! I am happy for you that you are going to have more time to devote to your painting...let's keep in touch!
