This is the view of one of the spectacular sunrises we see from our kitchen window. Just behind our house is a grove of aspen trees which in summer hides the houses across the valley from us. In the fall and winter though, we get the silhouettes of their shapes peeking through the tops of the trees.

I would LOVE to see you paint something along these lines in watercolour. I think it would be neat to see how you translated that vibrancy of colour into your own palette.
